CHANGE OF MIND OR WRONG FITTING
All regular priced items can be returned for refunds or exchange for any in-stock items. A return must be requested within 30 days of receiving item. Please note that the whole process usually takes 1 - 2 weeks from the time you return the items until we receive and process them. All returned items must be unworn, unstained, unwashed and undamaged to be eligible for refunds or exchanges. Each customer is eligible for up to three free returns annually. Please note that shipping fees for your orders will not be refunded and your exchanged items will be shipped to you at no cost. REPLACEMENTS FOR DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge and we will provide the return shipping label, if required. A replacement must be requested within 14 days of receiving item. For faster resolution, we may ask you to take two photographs demonstrating the issue and the damaged area of the item. We will use this information to help you with your order, and process your replacement as soon as possible. DELAYED SHIPPING OR MISSING ITEMS
All orders, unless otherwise stated are processed and dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. Pre-orders are dispatched on the date stated on the product page. Shipping to metro areas takes 3 - 5 business days and shipping to regional areas takes 6 - 8 business days. Please note that shipping to some regional areascan take up to 14 business days. More than often, you will receive your items earlier than expected. Very rarely, there may be hiccups along the process. Please contact us to enquire about your order, if that (unfortunately) happens.
