However, premium clothing comes at a hefty cost and most retailers charge a steep price for it. So how do we provide these high quality products at a lower retail price?

When we first started, we had to price our products higher due to all the intermediary fees involved (different manufacturers, suppliers and logistic partners). Over the years, we made several adjustments to make our products more affordable while maintaining the quality.

Nowadays, we only work directly with 2 boutique factories in Fujian, China to make our clothing in small batches. Our fabric suppliers and fulfillment centre are located within 2 hours radius by land in the same province. By merely reducing the distance, time and transport costs required to produce the end product, we are able to cut our production cost by more than 30%.

We also further reduce our operation cost by fulfilling orders directly via our 3PL provider, without distributing our stock to multiple warehouses. This allows us to price our products very competitively against other retailers, considering similar quality of materials and workmanship. Returns are handled via our local partners nearest to your location for faster resolutions, if any.

Since the beginning of 2022, we also introduced bundle pricing so that you can purchase our products at the lowest possible price throughout the whole year.

Traditional retailers price their products with the intention of marking them down at some stage in the season. At Iki & Kei, we design, make, and price our products based on their true value, plus the operation costs.

Therefore, we are able to offer the lowest price per piece when you buy in bundle and also provide free shipping when your order reaches the threshold.
